Powered by Dokuwiki with usage of HTML, CSS and PHP

Before joining the Barcelona College of Pharmacists (COFB), I had already developed strong self-discipline in documenting IT processes, a skill that was recognized by the team upon my entry. 

During my 1,000-hour tenure, I had the opportunity to demonstrate my abilities, which led to me being entrusted with the task of creating an internal wiki to centralize their documentation system.Using DokuWiki, I transformed their scattered, individual documentation files into a single, comprehensive platform. 

I also took the initiative to revamp nearly all existing documentation to ensure it was both complete and user-friendly for my colleagues. 

Before completing my time at COFB, I trained the team on how to use the new system and documented a detailed, step-by-step guide for maintaining the wiki in the future.

Impacts and Results

Efficiency Gains

Time spent searching for documentation is significantly reduced because users can easily find what they need on the well-structured COFB wiki site instead of sifting through departmental folders.

Better Documentation

I enjoy documenting my work and continually strive to improve it. I ensure that both existing and new documentation is thorough, enabling my colleagues to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
